WILL CALL: Will Call is located in the Fair Office up until a few hours before show time. Will Call will be moved to the ROUNDABOUT at 5 p.m.
Refunds, credits or exchanges will not be issued for any ticketed events. If for any reason a show is cancelled we will notify patrons via email or social media.
Bag Policy: We have updated our bag policy. Please be aware of these changes. This applies to all ticketed grandstand events as well as the Buffalo Corral during these nights of entertainment.
The only exception is for medical needs, these bags may be checked by security.
No Weapons, Large Bags/Purses, Backpacks will be allowed into the Beer Garden or Concert Area the night(s) of ticketed events.
Etix.com is the OFFICIAL TICKETING PROVIDER for the Buffalo County Fairgrounds and Buffalo County Fair. Tickets purchased from other sources may be 1) more expensive, 2) invalid and 3) ineligible for assistance. The Buffalo County Fairgrounds and Fair Board are not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources.
Ticket Reselling: Guests may NOT re-sell tickets at any price on Buffalo County Fairgrounds property. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from an authorized provider: Buffalo County Fairgrounds Box Office, Etix.com or Etix phone center at (800) 514-3849.

Heart of America Shows will return for the 2020 Buffalo County Fair.
Wild Rider Passes will be available July 6th for $60 in the Fair Office. There is a limited number of passes available.
Carnival Hours: Wednesday – Monday 6pm – 11pm PLUS Friday, Saturday, Sunday 1pm – 5pm.
Drive Out Hunger Food Drive: Wednesday July 22nd – Bring 5 non-perishable items and receive $5 off your carnival wristband for Wednesday.
Friday July 24th from 1pm – 5pm is the Reduced Price Session.
Parking: $5 per car. There are two entrances on the WEST and NORTH sides of the fairgrounds. Additional Free Parking is available to the EAST of the fairgrounds across the railroad tracks. Signage will be present to designate the entrances and exits.
Fair Office: Located in the Exhibit Building, East Side. Please stop in with your questions or to purchase tickets.
First Aid: Midwest Medical will be onsite to provide medical attention or First Aid.
ADA Accommodations: Handicap parking will be best accommodated by entering through the WEST entrance. ADA tickets are available for grandstand entertainment in the Expo Center. Please call the fair office for more information or to place your order. 308-236-1201
Camping: There are no electrical hookups available during the fair. If you would like to camp during the week of the fair please contact our office. We have camp sites flagged off on the South East side of the Fairgrounds (Located East of the Extension Building).
