Inside Commercial Vendors
Inside Commercial Booths — These are 10′ x 10′ pipe and drape booths, located in the Exhibit Building and open Wednesday, July 22nd through Sunday, July 26th, 2026. The Exhibit Building also houses Open Class static exhibits. The building is NOW AIR CONDITIONED. We are giving each inside vendor social media mentions to update fair goers on each vendor’s products. Please provide images, products and any giveaway information to info@buffalocountyfairgrounds.com by Friday July 7th.
We will have a drawing for a goodie basket during our GNO event. If you would like to donate any product(s), please have these to us by 6 pm on Wednesday July 22nd.
Hours of Operation — Wednesday 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Saturday from Noon until 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from Noon until 9:00 p.m. We will have a special security officer patrolling the area while the booths are closed. You may set up your booth anytime on Tuesday, July 21st between 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday, July 22nd between 8 a.m. -5 p.m. No booth is to be removed before 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 26th.

Outdoor Commercial Vendors
Outside Commercial Booths — These booths are adjacent to the Midway, and south of the EXPO Center in the paved parking lot between the EXPO Center and the Ag Pavilion.
Booth Sizes — 10′ x 20′, 20′ x 20′, 30′ x 20′, 40′ x 20′.
Hours of Operation — Booths are to be set up and ready to open to the public by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 22nd. Booths are not to be removed before 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 26th. The Heart of America Shows carnival operates on the Midway Wednesday and Thursday 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 3 p.m. – 11:00 p.m and Sunday 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.. The Buffalo County Fair expects all vendors to be in operation when the Midway is in operation. We will have a security officer patrolling the area while the booths are closed.

Outdoor Fair Food Alley
Outside Food Court — The Food Alley is located adjacent to the Midway. Booths or trailers are to be set up by noon and ready to open to the public by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22nd. Booths are not to be removed before 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 26th.
Booth Sizes — 20′ x 20′, 30′ x 20′ and 40′ x 20′.

IMPORTANT: The Buffalo County Fair limits food court vendors. Participant numbers are limited to ensure food vendor success and variety to the fair patrons. Vendors are not allowed to sell Lemonade, Fried Oreos, Turkey Legs, Cotton Candy, or Funnel Cakes at the Buffalo County Fair. Coca-Cola will be the only soft drink distributor with all purchases of the product made from Chesterman’s Coca-Cola Bottling – Kearney, NE – 308-237-3194.
